A fabulous sale this week on strawberries left me no other choice but to make some more freezer jam! So I took some pictures of the painful process with an wonderful outcome!

and the other best part of smashing the strawberries is anything that is left over is fair game for some good old fashioned strawberry soup! Strawberries, milk and a little bit of sugar....yummy
